TPC Craig Ranch will make your special day seamless and uniquely you, from custom menus, creative floral arrangements, to selecting entertainment & vendors, our Special Events & Catering Manager, Christina Degelia is here to make your dreams a reality! 

Audio Visual
The club will provide most standard audio visual needs necessary for any event. Including plasma screen televisions, flip charts, dry erase boards, laser pointers, LCD projectors and screens; we will assist in providing most requests subject to availability. The entire clubhouse is equipped with WIFI.

Beverage Service
Open bar packages are available from house brands to premium, as well as bars based on consumption. A list of available liquor brands and wines is available from the Director of Food & Beverage. All prices quoted for liquor and wines are exclusive of gratuity and are subject to change without prior notice. A more extensive wine list is also available upon request. 

Ceremony Options: Indoor and Outdoor
Our Chanterelle Ballrooms creates an intimate setting for your indoor Wedding Ceremony and can accommodate up to 150 guests, theater style seating.  Not to mention, our topped rank golf course creates a beautiful sunset backdrop for any outdoor ceremony.  Prices and setup fees vary depending on your desired requests please see our Special Events & Catering Manager for further details.

Coat Check
A hosted coat check will be provided for your event at a charge of $100.00 per attendant, per 100 guests. 

Deposit and Payment Policy
Deposits for all events are required before the Club will confirm the event. Deposits can be made by check or credit card. Payment for all Member Events is due upon receipt of invoice. All Member-sponsored events are required to pay estimated charges at least 5 days in advance of the event. 

Entertainment
Bring in your preferred band or DJ or allow us to introduce you to our Preferred Vendors, from alternative music to rock n'roll we've got the live entertainment to complete your event.

Floral Arrangements
Floral Arrangements can be provided by the Club or a florist of your choice.  If you are interested in floral arrangements for your function, the Special Events and Catering Manager can assist you in achieving the perfect creative look that will compliment your ideas as well as fit your budget.  

Final Guest Guarantee
The final expected attendance for all catered events must be specified at least 72 hours prior to the event, before 12:00 pm. Once received by the Food & Beverage Department, the number will be considered a guarantee and not subject to reduction. A guarantee of fewer than 20 guests will be subject to additional charges per person.

Parking
Self parking is available at the Club. If you wish to offer valet parking for your guests, this can be arranged in advance by the Special Events and Catering Manager. 

Rentals and Upgrades
Custom linens, chair covers, chiviri chairs, dance floors, chocolate fountains, mashed potato stations, candy stations, silver tray passed hors o'ouvres, to cigar rollers.

Tax and Service Charge
Texas state sales tax (8.25%) and a twenty percent (20%) service charge are applicable for all food and beverage charges.
